1. Artificial Streams (Streaming Fraud)
SR Digital CMS has a zero-tolerance policy regarding artificial streaming. This includes the use of bots, click farms, or any automated tools to inflate stream counts. If we detect fraudulent activity, your account will be immediately suspended and all royalties will be forfeited.
2. Metadata Spam
Artists must not use deceptive metadata (titles, artist names, or descriptions) to trick users or algorithms. This includes keyword stuffing or impersonating major artists.
3. Communication Spam
Users are prohibited from using our platform services to send unsolicited commercial emails or messages. We respect the privacy of our artists and partners.
4. Consequences
Violation of this Anti-Spam Policy results in permanent removal from our platform and potential reporting to global streaming partners and legal authorities.
