General Delivery Policy
At SR Digital CMS, our products and services (music distribution, caller tunes, YouTube Content ID, etc.) are 100% digital in nature. No physical goods are shipped or delivered.
Upon successful payment and submission of your content via our Content Management System (CMS), the digital delivery and ingestion workflow begins immediately as outlined below.
Digital Delivery Timelines
We take pride in our rapid processing capabilities. From the moment you upload and submit a track for release, you can expect the following delivery schedule:
- Internal Quality Check (QC): Within 24 to 48 hours of your submission, our team reviews the audio and metadata for platform compliance.
- Distribution to DSPs: Once approved, the content is digitally "shipped" to our partner network (Spotify, Apple Music, JioSaavn, Wynk, etc.).
- Go-Live Time: Tracks typically become active and playable on major streaming platforms within 2 to 5 business days depending on the individual store's ingestion queue.
- CRBT / Caller Tunes: Caller tune services may require additional processing time for network carrier approvals, typically taking 5 to 10 business days.
Geographical Limitations
As a digital distributor, we provide global reach without geographical boundaries. We distribute your content to platforms accessible in over 200 countries and territories worldwide, limited only by specific store operating regions or international sanctions.
Communication & Tracking
Since we do not use physical couriers, there are no tracking numbers. Instead, we offer complete transparency through your interactive dashboard:
- Actionable Statuses: Your release will move through real-time statuses (e.g., QC Pending, Processing, Delivered, Live).
- Email Notifications: You will receive automated email alerts as your content successfully clears the Quality Check and gets delivered to stores.
- Direct Links: Upon going live, you will be provided with smart links to view and share your live tracks directly with your fans.
Issues & Delays
Occasionally, digital delivery can be delayed due to:
- Metadata Errors: Incorrect artist names or non-compliant cover art will lead to rejection by our QC team.
- Store Ingestion Backlogs: During holiday seasons or specific update windows, platforms like Spotify or Apple Music may experience temporary delays.
