General Policy
At SR Digital CMS, we strive to provide high-quality digital music distribution services. All services provided by SR Digital CMS are digital and service-based in nature. Payments once processed through our payment gateway are used strictly for registered business services only.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
- Quality Check (QC) Failure: If your uploaded song does not pass our mandatory Quality Check test. Amount will be automatically refunded within 7-8 business days.
- Status-Based Requests: Requested via email (cmssrdigital@gmail.com) ONLY while status is "Processing", "QC Pending", or "QC Approved".
- Distribution Delay: Full refund if song is not LIVE within 15 days of approved upload.
- Company-Initiated Takedown: Refund for internal admin takedowns unrelated to policy violations.
- Service Defects: Verifiable technical defects in provided services.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Uploader-Initiated Takedown
- Rights Infringement / Copyright Violations
- Unauthorized Content (Covers, AI-Generated Music)
- User Misconduct towards staff or platform.
- Subscription Expiry: Requests after 1 month of conclusion.
- CRBT Non-Compliance: As per strict Atlantis CRBT guidelines, the following are non-compliant and NOT eligible for refund:
- Content with brand names or advertisements
- Prank or political content
- Corporate songs or IVRS tones
- National Anthems or Current Affairs commentary
- Objectionable language or controversial social/political topics (e.g., Delhi Farmers Protest)
